Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you wish to return or exchange an item, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, provided that the product and its packaging are in original condition (undamaged and unused).
2.Return/Exchange Requirements:
The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
The return must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we do not cover return postage.
How to Initiate a Return:

Once the item is received and inspected (please allow up to 7 business days for processing), we will issue your refund or exchange.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take a few business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exclusions to the Return Policy:
Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@ashflys.com with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Items not in original condition: We cannot accept returns on products that are used, damaged, or missing parts.
