Ashfly Portable Handheld Insect Microscope for Kids Educational Gift

I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas and waited to write a review. Hands down, this is the coolest little microscope and absolutely blew away our expectations! It is small enough for her to carry around , but the impact is huge.We have used this microscope for so much! Snow, food, gems, clothing, wood, etc. The viewer is so clear and the view is absolutely amazing. We have tinkered around but not saved any images. The battery life can run for days if used sparingly, but we do charge it after the occasional trip to the park.So much little life is at your viewing pleasure and I cannot believe we didn��t find this earlier. This works so well and is easy to change settings for anyone. The cost was well worth the fun we��ve had with this!

I got this microscope to look at some bugs I found on my houseplant. I'm so glad I did! Everyone kept telling me they were a "bad" bug and that I needed to "burn" my plant and any other ones around it. I was able to get up close and personal with the insects on my leaves and see that they were just springtails! Needless to say, I'm ecstatic!This little gadget is addictive. I've been looking at any and everything with it. Very neat to see the world in such a magnified view! Great tool for kids to learn about bugs, etc. My only complaint is that when you attempt to focus the view, it causes the entire microscope to move. I think it would be better if there were a dial on it near your thumb to prevent that. But overall, I'd definitely recommend this for kids AND adults alike!It takes pictures, has 3 different light levels, lightweight, and not a bad color either! Pretty simple to use although it took me a minute to figure out how to delete photos. Came with a lanyard. No video recording (that I'm aware of.) Battery life isn't the best but it's rechargable! I am clumsy and have dropped it several times with no damage to it. I'm happy with it!

I saw this on Tik Tok and knew my nature lover would go crazy over this. Thank God Amazon came through on getting it here before Christmas. I looked everywhere for an option that would deliver before Christmas and this one panned out! This has been her favorite gift! She has taken it everywhere and she looked at EVERYTHING! She even had it at Olive Garden today looking at whatever she could find. This microscope is too good. Be warned! You will see things the naked eye can��t and you will be grossed out! She put it on a visibly clean hand and we were blown away and the gunk showing up on the screen. We love that you can snapshot what you are looking at. This is an incredible gift for any child in my opinion. She did tear the lanyard it came with already but it will be an easy repair. I don��t know if it was cheap or if she was just rough with it but it doesn��t affect my eating at all. This is literally such a great gift for the child in your life!

Bought this for my three-year-old son. He may be a bit young to fully zoom but working with him, he enjoys the magnification and seeing how objects and materials look under a microscope. As an adult, I enjoy seeing things magnified. This portable device has a very long charge and is easy to figure out and play with.
